Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

While many online stores don’t offer refunds for Digital Goods (like Etsy and other small stores), I believe that my products should meet your needs or be eligible for a return.

If your Guide didn’t help with planning, send me an Email with the Reason why to Seely@MouseEarMemories.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include the email you used to purchase the guide.
