Dole whip is a staple at Disney World, and there’s a lot of options if you are Gluten Free or have Food Allergies!

Dole Whip ingredients
Ingredients are a great place to start. But I need you to know two things.
- Dole Whip Fruit, which is Dairy Free, is often mixed with ice cream in a swirl combo or drink combo (thus making it NOT dairy free).
- All Dole Whip Fruit options are labeled dairy, gluten and nut free. However, toppings and additives can make this not the case.
There are SO many Dole Whip Fruit flavors. From classics like Pineapple, Lemon, Strawberry and Lime to Peach, Raspberry and Orange.
There are no top allergens in Dole Whip Fruit Flavors (yes coconut oil, but the FDA no longer considers that a tree nut!)
Magic Kingdom
Three location INSIDE Magic Kingdom (and one on the monorail loop that we’ll talk about below!)
Aloha Isle is my top recommendation, especially for Dairy Free folks and those wanting to limit cross contact.
Storybook Treats is another great option. I love that one for dole whip sundaes and specialty items.
If you’d like a Dole Whip Float, head to Sunshine Tree Terrace. A Strawberry Float with Sprite would be Gluten/wheat, Dairy, egg, soy, peanut, tree nut and sesame free!
EPCOT
Epcot is hard for dole whip. Yes, they have it. BUT it changes a lot because of the festivals. For Year Round flavors, head to Refreshment Outpost in World Showcase (in between Germany and China).
Animal Kingdom
Two places for Dole whip in Disney’s Animal Kingdom! Since trillo bites closed, head to Tamu Tamu Refreshments for classic Dole Whip Pineapple flavors (and thats the place to go if you have allergies!). For a seasonal float, enjoy options at Warung Outpost.
Disney Springs
Disney Springs has a dedicated Dole Whip stand- no park ticket needed! Go to Swirls on the Water for unique menus items that change monthly.
Hollywood Studios
If you want Dole Whip at Hollywood Studios… hop to EPCOT by the skyliner or plan it for another day! There’s no Dole Whip at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Disney’s Polynesian Resort has Dole Whip in THREE places. Wailulu Grill has a dole whip dessert, Trader Sams Bar has dole whip drinks, and Pineapple Lanai is a walkup Dole Whip window.

FAQs
Best location for a Dairy Allergy to get Dole Whip?
For Dairy Free, to prevent Cross Contact, I’d recommend Aloha Isle in Magic Kingdom. They have stations set up that allow for low cross contact risk, allergy binders, and trained staff members.
