There are SO many snacks to choose from at Disney World (so many that I have a giant snack guide with all the options!).
But many of them are “house-made” or “made on property” or even made in front of you. Only a few options are made in a dedicated gluten free facility and carry a label for Certified Gluten Free.
Let’s look at all of those options, plus I’ll tell you where to find other options that are labeled gluten free, but aren’t certified.

Why certified Gluten Free?
Certified Gluten Free snacks are ones that have been tested by third party companies. These companies act as the watch dogs for the community, and make sure strict standards are upheld because they are overseeing the process. There are many people, like celiacs or those with severe gluten restrictions, who only eat certified items because they have a lower risk of being “glutened”.
Gluten Free Snacks that have been third party certified here in the USA
The list includes Sweet Street Brownies, Davids Cookies, Homefree Cookies, and the Snacks with Characters Line.
Cookies and Brownies are found at Quick Serve locations, some table service locations, and the Disney Resorts! The Snack with Character Line is found at all the four main parks, water parks and resorts.
Inside the Water Parks and some Disney Resorts, you’ll also find the good crisp chips!

Other Gluten Free snacks with the gluten free label
Items that have been labeled in the USA as Gluten Free have to have less than 20ppm as the standard. So if an item ssay, “gluten free” and it is prepackaged, it’s likely safe for many celiacs and those with severe gluten restrictions.
