Vacation Food for Everyone
My goal is to fill in the gaps. Disney doesn’t have easy to use Snack Guides for Gluten Free or Food Allergies, and while they have some Menus, these don’t always list modifications or secret menus.
I also love sharing tips, how-tos and walk throughs for First Timers, People new to Diagnosis, or People coming from outside the Country (as ordering is not always simple).
Disney does have a Special Diets team that you can connect with- I’m not part of that team and I don’t work for or with Disney.
I’ve been sharing online since 2018
I’ve been sharing Gluten Free and Allergy finds online since 2018- even when I was told there wasn’t enough people to have an audience (little did they know the power of the Allergy and Gluten Free Community!)
I was born and raised in Central Florida, and live here now with my food allergy kids. We go to the parks 1-3 times a week to test foods, hunt for new snacks and share fun eats for your vacation.

A lot! I have Celiac and food allergies . Two of my kids have FPIES (and have both been Top 14 free+ others) and we believe youngest has Celiac but we’ll know more as he gets older (he’s been strict GF since birth so it complicates testing as he’s failed the two attempts to eat gluten!). Coparent manages Celiac and food allergies. Together with those, I have experience avoiding the top 14 allergens and strict gluten free diets.
I do! Send me an email within 7 days of purchase and I’ll refund your item if you didn’t find what you were looking for. Seely @ MouseEarMemories.com
I do not and never have! You can reach Disney Special Diets department if you want to find information directly from them.

I also add notes for Food Dyes, Corn, Pea and Rice where I find them- but that is not a thorough part of my guides.
About Safe Disney Foods
Seely Lee, Owner
A few years ago I was fed up with being left out on vacation. There was so much fomo from all the fun foods and not knowing if they were safe. (and 15 minutes checking on 10 foods adds up fast!)
To fix that, I started sharing online and now go to Disney several times a month so I can stand in line, ask questions, check on new foods and review locations.
All that info is added to giant guides for Gluten Free OR Food Allergy/GF folks so you can check options for your vacation (because you deserve all the eats just like common foodies)
Since starting in 2018, I’ve directly helped over a thousand families make their Special Diets vacation even more Magical.
